ActionBoards v1.4 Released November 2nd 2024 - Compatible with Blender 4.0.2+, 4.1+, 4.2.2+

NEW FEATURES:

FEATURE IMPROVMENTS:
- Creating a Storyboard Workspace now prompts you before overwriting a file, to prevent accidental overwrites
- Image / Video export folders now stored in a master EXPORTS folder, for cleaner file/asset management
- Added a Holdout LINE and FILL material to the default GP materials
- Multi-scene playback now loops back around to SC.000 once the end of the storyboard has passed
- Speed Improvement when Reordering Scenes

BUG FIXES:
- Mp4 Exports no longer have frame range in their names
- Multi-scene playback scene skip bug fixed
- Other minor bugs removed
- Having 'Linked' Objects in a file no longer breaks scene reordering, duplicating, and splitting

ActionBoards v1.3.0 Released September 2nd 2024 - Compatible with Blender 4.0.2+, 4.1+

NEW FEATURES:
- User Defined Default GP Layers [Name, Opacity, and Reaction to Lights] (up to 10 layers) 
- User Defined Additional Default GP Materials (colors) [Name, Color, and Line or Fill] (up to 10) 
- Option to Register the active material (color) to the default materials list
- Create New Scenes from View [Ctrl + Alt + 'N'] (Only supported for scenes without the ActionCamera rig)
- Adding an ActionBoards GP Object and Smart Lattice now accessible through Blender's 'Add' Menu (Shift + A)
- Object Outlines can now be added with Blender's 'Add' Menu (Shift + A)
- Added ability to Sync GP Materials throughout all GP Objects
- Added Auto Sync to Preferences to enable automatically syncing GP material. (Will sync every time a new GP object is created) 
- Non-workspace reliant Object Tools now available without building the Storyboard Workspace (New GP Object, Duplicate/Delete Object, Object Outline Tool, Quick Lattice Tool

- New Beta Feature Option - Enable Scene Audio in Editorial Workspace
  (Current method causes slowdown when in the Editorial, and audio is not currently supported by Blender due to a bug with the VSE)



BUG FIXES:
- Removed accidental uses of Add-on hotkeys creating error messages when Storyboard Workspace is not built
- Can now set frame rate as low as 4fps
- Pop-ups added to inform users when breaking the limitations of most tools.
- 'Maintenance Brushes' now removed, as the bug it was a quick fix for has been removed



UI UPDATES:
- Rendering time now displayed after video export
- Major overhaul of add-on preferences menu (significantly more options)
- 'Sync Grease Pencil Materials' now replaces 'Maintenance Brushes' in the 'SetUp' menu

• Added ability to set a default screen resolution
• Text in editorial and burn-in information now scales with the project resolution
• Added ability to turn of the visibility of beta features

• Added a safety buffer feature to the ‘Audio Safe Zone’

BUG FIXES:

• Scene creation no longer fails when ‘Create With 2D Camera’ is ON with ‘Use ActionCamera Rig’ OFF
• Duplicate materials are no longer created when importing scenes for another Blender Storyboard File
• Objects from imported scenes names are no longer messed up after import
• Camera Rig Controls from imported scenes are now hideable with the ‘Hide Controls’ button

UI UPDATES:

• Relocated some UI elements out of Setup and into the add-on preferences
• New Keymap File, that disables the ‘H’ for ‘Hide’ hotkey (Accidentally gets pressed way too often, plus hiding in viewport is better practice)

ActionBoards v1.1 Released FEB 26th 2024 – Compatible with Blender 4.0.2+

NEW FEATURES:

• Export Grease Pencil Keyframes as PNGs

• Convert Gease Pencil to Image Plane now supports animation

• Keyframe flipping for GP Objects now includes inactive layers
  (If updating from v1.0; uninstall old hotkey map then install new hotkeys after updating ActionBoards for this to work)

BUG FIXES:

• Improved Quick Lattice Tool

Origin point bugs fixed
Lattices are now labeled with their paired objects names
Lattices can now be moved independently of their paired objects

• Improved export / convert 2D Grease Pencil as PNG

Render issues with rotation fixed
Render issues when GP object has translation keyframes fixed
Image plane no longer offset when created
Automatically switches to object mode to remove ‘incorrect context’ error
Converted objects keep their animations
Converted objects keep the same parents and collections as their original GP objects
